Here is a quick and easy (and healthy) smoothie recipe that is suitable for the whole family.
You can serve it as a smoothie, smoothie bowl and purée. We included some frozen ingredients here, but you are free to use fresh as well! Share your recreations with me on social media!
- 3 bananas Sizes will vary, but get large ones if possible.
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup filtered water
